A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and issued a confirmation. You are responsible for giving accurate pickup and drop-off details, dates, times, flight numbers and passenger numbers. We are not liable for problems caused by incorrect information provided at booking.
Fares are quoted as fixed prices based on the details you provide and are confirmed before you travel. Changes to the journey, route, stops, waiting time or passenger and luggage numbers may change the fare. The agreed fixed fare includes the quoted journey, applicable airport charges and the stated free waiting time.
Airport pickups include a set amount of free waiting time after the flight lands. We fit infant, child and booster seats free of charge when you request them at the time of booking, and you are responsible for telling us the number and type required. For wheelchair users or assisted travel, please tell us your requirements when booking so we can provide a suitable vehicle. We cannot guarantee unrequested seats or accessibility features at the point of pickup.
We provide the class of vehicle you book, sized to the passenger and luggage numbers you give us. Occasionally we may supply an equivalent or larger vehicle where necessary to fulfil your booking, at no extra cost to you. If you under-declare passengers or luggage, the booked vehicle may not have room, and any change of vehicle on the day may affect the fare.
Please check the vehicle for your belongings before you leave. We will make reasonable efforts to return lost property found in our vehicles, but we are not responsible for items left behind. Any items recovered will be held for a reasonable period for you to collect or arrange return.
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, strikes or acts of government. Where such events affect your journey, we will make reasonable efforts to complete the booking or offer an alternative.
If something goes wrong, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and put it right. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and resolve them fairly.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
Is my fare really fixed? Yes. The price we quote from your details is the price you pay, unless you change the journey, route, stops, waiting time or passenger and luggage numbers after booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed? We track the flight you give us and adjust the pickup, with no extra charge for delays caused by the airline or air traffic control.
Can I cancel and get a refund? You can change or cancel by contacting us; any refund depends on the cancellation terms that apply to your booking. .
What if I have more luggage than expected? Tell us as soon as possible. We will try to provide a suitable vehicle, but extra capacity may change the fare or, if undeclared, may not be available on the day.
